Clams in White Wine with Chorizo

Ingredients:
1)   3 tbs. Olive Oil
2)   2 cloves Garlic
3)   1 bunch chopped Cilantro
4)   Linguica or Chorizo sauage
5)   15 Little Neck Clams
6)   1/2 cup White Wine

Preparation:
1)   Saute garlic and chorizo.
2)   When hot...add clams wine and cilantro.
3)   Cover until clams are open.


Bacalhau a Caravela

Ingredients:
1)   2 Tomatoes
2)   1 Onion - sliced
3)   1 Red Pepper - sliced
4)   1 Green Pepper - sliced
5)   3 cloves of Garlic - sliced
6)   3 tbs. Olive Oil
7)   1 tbs.Spanish Paprika
8)   2 Bay Leaves
9)   1 Steak of Cod
10) 3 tbs. Tomato Sauce
11) Black olives and Cilantro

Preparation:
1)   Saute onions, peppers, garlic and the bay leaves in the olive oil.
2)   When transparent...add tomato sauce and paprika.
3)   Place cod in a casserole and add the other ingredients.
4)   Bake for 25 minutes at 450 degrees f.
5)   Put black olives and cilantro on top.
