Couscous with Herbed Chicken

Ingredients:
1) One Chicken Breast
2) Pinch of salt and black pepper -
     to marinate the chicken
3) Pinch of cumin
4) Pinch of ginger
5) Pinch of paprika
6) Pinch of saffron
7) 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Apply cumin, ginger, paprika on
     chicken.
2) Bake chicken until done.
3) Steam Couscous over boiling water.
4) Add saffron to couscous.
5) Then put chicken on top of the Couscous
     with Julliene vegetables.
