Georgia Brown's Fried Green Tomatoes with Green Tomato Relish

Tomato:
1)   1 green tomato
2)   4 oz. cream cheese
3)   2 tablepoons chopped basil
4)   1 cup Japanese Breadcrumbs
5)   1 tablespoon chopped parsley
6)   1 teaspoon salt
7)   1 cup flour
8)   4 eggs
 

Relish:
1)  1 green tomato
2)  3 tablespoons red onion (diced fine)
3)  1 teaspoon chopped basil
4)  1 oz. red wine vinegar
5)  3 oz. olive oil
6)  1 teaspoon salt
7)  1 tablespoon sugar
 

Preparation:
1)  Combine relish ingredients.
2)  Slice tomato into 8 slices.
3)  Mix cream cheese and basil
4)  Spread cheese on tomato slice.
5)  "Sandwich" with another slice.
6)  Mix parsley and breadcrumbs.
7)  Dip sandwich in flour and "dust"
8)  Dip sandwich in egg wash.
9)  Coat in breadcrumb mix
10) Fry at 350 degrees until golden
11) Served over bed of relish
