Shrimp Whiskey

Ingredients:
1)   2 oz whiskey
2)   1 tablespoon black peppercorns
3)   1/2 cup demi glace
4)   1 teaspoon oil
5)   Shrimp

Preparation:
1)   Lightly sauté shrimp in oil.
2)   Add whiskey and burn off the alcohol.
3)   Add the demi and peppercorns and mound with a little butter.



Salisbury Steak with Linguini,
Green Beans & Carrots

Ingredients:
1)   1 egg
2)   1/2 onion
3)   1 lb. ground beef
4)   1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
5)   3 tsp. Dijon mustard
6)   The sauce 9see recipe below)

Preparation:
1)   Dice onion.
2)   Add Worcestershire, mustard, egg and a little bread crumbs to ground beef
       and form patties.
3)   Sear in pan on both sides and but in oven to finish.


The Sauce
Ingredients:
1)   2 garlic cloves
2)   1/2 finely chopped onions
3)   5 oz mushroom sliced
4)   2 cups demi glace
5)   2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Preparation:
1)   Sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms. add everything else and reduce.



Jack Daniels Shrimp with Linguini

Ingredients:
1)   One tablespoon of chopped shallots
2)   Half cup Jack Daniels whiskey
3)   1 tbs. chili powder
4)   2 teaspoons of tomato paste
5)   1 tsp. lobster base
6)   1 shake of Worcestershire sauce
7)   Half cup of heavy cream
8)   Shrimp
 
Preparation:
1)   Reduce Jack Daniels by half.
2)   Add all other ingredients (except shrimp) to make the sauce.
3)   Saute shrimp.
4)   Then add the sauce bring to boil or until shrimp is fully cooked.
