The Brownie
Ingredients:
1) 1/2 cup white Sugar
2) 1/2 lb. unsalted Butter
4) 12 oz. semisweet Chocolate Chips
5) 6 Eggs
6) 1 tbs. Vanilla Extract
7) 2 tbs. Cocoa Powder
8) 4 tbs. Cornstarch
9) 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preparation:
1) In
a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and butter.
2) Cook over
medium heat until simmering.
3) Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract
until
melted and smooth.
4) Whisk in the eggs one at a time.
5) Sift in the cocoa powder and cornstarch and stir until fully incorporated.
The Topping
Ingredient:
1) 9 cups Mini Marshmallows
The Final Assembly
1) In cast iron place ¼ cup of the graham cracker mix in the bottom.
2) Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes.
3) Place ½ cup of brownie mix in pan.
4) Bake in 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
5) Let cool to room temperature.
6) Top with marshmallow and toast in 450-degree oven for 3 minutes or
until browned then serve.
