Pad See Ew Moo Mug
(Thai Noodle Stir Fry with Marinated Pork)

Ingredients:
1)   3 oz. Chinese Broccoli (Cut into 2 inch sizes)
2)   5 oz. Pork Loin (Thinly Sliced)
3)   6 oz. Flat Rice Noodle (Cut and peeled into 1/2 inch)
4)   1/2 tbs. Finely chopped fresh Garlic
5)   The Sauce (see below)
6)   Marinate for the Pork (see below)
7)   1 Egg

Preparation:
1)   Pour the olive oil into the pan on high heat.
2)   Add 1 egg and scramble it.
3)   Add in the marinated pork...stirring slightly.
4)   Add the chopped garlic and stir it up until it turns yellow.
5)   Add the chinese broccoli.
6)   Add the rice noodles.
7)   Add the sauce.
8)   Stir up all the ingredients lightly.  Cook until well done.

Option:
A must...add a few drops of vinegar pepper onto the noodle for a better flavor.

The Sauce
Ingredients:
1)   2 tbs. Oyster Sauce
2)   1 tbs. Sugar
3)   1 tbs. Black Soy Sauce
4)   1/2 tbs. Seasoning Sauce

Preparation:
1)   Mix the ingredients together.

The Marinate for the Pork
Ingredients:
1)   1/2 tsp. White Peppers
2)   1 tbs. Corn Starch
3)   1 tbs. Seasoning Sauce
4)   2 tbs. Olive Oil

Preparation:
1)   Make sure the pork is thinly sliced.
2)   Add all the marinate ingredients on the pork.
3)   Mix all together.
4)   Let it sit in a refrigerator for 5 minutes.

(Thai Fried Noodle with Gravy Marinated Pork)


Ingredients:
1)   3 oz. Chinese Broccoli (Cut into 2 inch sizes)
2)   3 oz. Pork Loin (Thinly Sliced)
3)   3 oz. Flat Rice Noodle (Cut and peeled into 1/2 inch)
4)   1/2 tbs. Finely chopped fresh Garlic
5)   The Gravy Sauce (see below)
6)   1 tbs. Corn Starch...dissolved in 3 tbs. Water
6)   Marinate for the Pork (see below)

Preparation:
1)   Heat up the skillet on high heat.
2)   Add the flat rice noodles and sear until they turn a smoky texture.
3)   Set it aside.
4)  
Pour the olive oil in another sauce pan.
5)   Add the marinated pork loin and stir it until the pork thoroughly cooks.
6)   Add the chopped garlic and stir it up until it turns yellow.
7)   Add the Chinese broccoli.
5)   Add the gravy sauce.
6)   After all comes to bubbling point, add the dissolved corn starch.
7)   Keep stirring until it turns a brown gravy texture.
8)   Top off the gravy on the noodle.


Note:
The noodles are best when they are a smoky texture.

Option:

Ingredients:
1)   4 tbs. Oyster Sauce
2)   1 tbs. Sugar
3)   1 cup Chicken Broth

Preparation:
1)   Mix all together.

2)   1/2 tbs. Corn Starch
3)   1/2 tbs. Seasoning Sauce
4)   1 tsp. Olive Oil

Preparation:
1)   Make sure the pork is thinly sliced.
2)   Add all the marinate ingredients on the pork.
3)   Mix all together.
4)   Let it sit in a refrigerator for 5 minutes.
