Kale/Grape Blast


Ingredients:
1)   6 or 7 Grapes
2)   1 small quartered Apple
3)   5 oz. Ice Water
4)   5 oz. Apple Juice
5)   1/4 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring

Add (To Punch it up):
1)   1 tsp. to 1 tbs. Olive Oil to create a digestive aid
2)   1 tbs. of Honey for energe
3)   Substitute Soy milk, skim milk or nut milk for Apple Juice & Water for variation
4)   Add 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon for anti-inflammatory aid
 

Preparation:
1)   Add the ingredients to a blender.
2)   Blend for 1 minute.

Super Effective Healing:
1)   Use water instead of apple juice and add one serving of spirulina powder
       and wheatgrass powder (or wheatgrass shot)

What excites Valerie about this recipe...

Grapes are yummy and full of anti-cancerous anti-inflammatory agents.  The apples help so
much with digestion and they are also anti-inflammatory.  This smoothie contains vital
ingredients and is anti-cancerous.  It is filling and tasty.  The vanilla makes this smoothie
pop!!!  It is another GREAT SKIN SMOOTHIE!!

Ingredients:
1)   1 cup Kale
2)   1 tbs. Peanut Butter (or Nut Butter: Cashew, Almond etc.)
3)   1 cup Ice Cold Apple Juice
4)   1/2 cup Water

Add (To Punch it up):
1)   1/4 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring for more flavor
2)   1 tsp. to 1 tbs. Olive Oil to create a digestive aid
3)   1 tbs. of Honey for energy

The nut butter helps especially before your morning run or work-out.  The kale is a wonderful
super food that helps with digestion.  The apple makes it taste good and the whole drink is
chock full of anti-inflammatory/anti-cancer ingredients.  The kale has vitamins and minerals
that will help cleanse your system resulting in improved overall health.  By consuming
anti-inflammatory KALE (or other such greens) daily in the raw form, you improve your
overall health!



Orange Squared

Ingredients:
1)   1 small Orange (Clementine or Tangerines work best)
2)   1 chopped Carrot
3)   1 dash Cinnamon
4)   1/2 cup Apple Juice
5)   1/2 cup Water

What excites Valerie about this recipe...
This is a great drink.  The carrots provide a fllling drink that taste great.  The fiber helps
with digestion and of course this one is great for your skin!!!  It is anti-cancerous and
anti-inflammatory.  Carrots are so great for your digestion!  Valerie suggest that you
check with your doctor.  She read that blending fruit with carrots can promote goiters
in some.  She has eaten carrots with fruit quite often with no such effects. She did check
with her doctor.



Strawberry Blast

Ingredients:
1)   1 cup frozen Red/Dark Grapes
2)   1 cup frozen Strawberries
3)   1 cup Kale (or raw Collard Greens)
4)   1 cup Apple Juice
5)   1 cup Water

1)   1/4 tsp. Cinnamon for flavor and a anti-inflammatory aid

This one tastes flavorful, the grapes are full of anti-cancerous anti-inflammatory nutrients.
