Efrem Ogbaye - Chef


Awaze Tibsi

Ingredients:
1)   1 Cup of chopped beef
2)   1 Onion
3)   1 Cup of Awaze Sauce
4)   1 Green Pepper
5)   1 Enjera

Preparation:
1)   Grill beef medium well.
2)   Chop onion and green pepper.
3)   Combine onion, green pepper, rosemary and awaze sauce.
4)   Cook mix under medium heat for 10 minutess and stir in beef.
5)   Pour over Enjera.


Chicken Shiro

Ingredients:
1)   1 Chicken Breast
2)   1 Jalapeno Pepper
3)   ½ Tomato - sliced
4)   1 Small Onion
5)   2 tsp. Garlic
6)   2 tsp. Olive Oil
7)   1 Cup of Heavy Cream
8)   2 Scoops of Shiro Sauce
9)   1 Cup of White Rice

Preparation:
1)   Grill chicken until completely cooked;
2)   Mix contents and stir into heavy cream sauce. Cook sauce for 15 minutes,
       constantly stirring sauce. Add grilled chicken.
3)   After sauce and chicken are done pour sauce over chicken and over rice.


Katiengna

Ingredients:
1)   1 Enjera Sheet
2)   1 Scoop of Butter
3)   1 Cup of  Awaze Sauce
4)   1 tsp. of Sugar

Preparation:
1)   Mix butter, awaze sauce and sugar and stir until it's a sauce.
2)   Spread Mixture over Enjera and slice into 3 pieces.
3)   Place in oven and bake for 6 mins until slightly crisp.
