Buttercrust Apple Pie
.

Ingredients:
The Butter Crust Pie Dough
1)   2.5 cups Pastry Flour
2)   1/2 pound Butter
3)   1 teaspoon Salt
4)   1 tablespoon Sugar
6)   1/4 cold Water

Preparation:
1)   Mix the ingredients together to form the dough.
2)   Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3)   Cut into two pieces.
4)   Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough for both pieces.
5)   Cover a 9 inch pie tin with one of the pieces and reserve
       the other to cover it after the filling has been put in.

The Apple Pie Filling
1)   3 to 4 crisp Apples
2)   1 cup Sugar
3)   1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
4)   1 teaspoon Cinnamon
5)   Pinch of Nutmeg
6)   1/2 teaspoon Salt
7)   1 heaping tablespoon Corn Starch
8)   Egg wash.

Preparation:
1)   Cut apples in slices.
2)   Mix in the apples and other ingredients and put in the pie tin.
3)   Put egg wash on top of pie crust.

The Final Preparation
1)   Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done.



Raspberry Peach Crumb Pie


Ingredients:
The Filling
1)   1 pint Raspberries
2)   2 Peaches cut up.
3)   1 cup Sugar
4)   1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
5)   1 heaping tablespoon Corn Starch
6)   Pinch of Cinnamon

The Crumb Topping
1)   1/3 cup diced Pecans
2)   1/4 Corn Meal 
3)   1/2 cup Sugar
4)   1/8 cup Brown Sugar
5)   1 heaping cup Pastry Flour
6)   6 tablespoon cold Butter
7)   1/4 teaspoon Salt
8)   1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation:
1)   Mix filling ingredients together and put in a pie tin that has rolled out dough in it.
2)   Mix crumb topping ingredients together and put on top of filling.
3)   Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done.
