Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
(Makes 24 Cookies)
1) 1 1/2 cups of all purpose Flour
2) 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
3) 1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt
4) 1/2 cup of Butter
5) 1/2 cup of brown Sugar
6) 1/2 cup of white Sugar
7) 1 Egg
8) 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
9) 1 cup of semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation:
1) Preheat
the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, beat egg, brown sugar,
butter, white sugar and vanilla extract on high speed
until light and
fluffy.
2) In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and sea salt.
3) Reduce speed to low; then add in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
4) Drop
heaping tablespoons of dough 2 to 3 inches apart onto baking sheets.
Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on baking
sheets 10 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Apple Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
(Makes 48 Cookies)
1) 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2) 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
3) 1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt
4) 1 cup of Butter
5) 3/4 cup of brown Sugar
6) 3/4 cup of white Sugar
7) 2 Eggs
8) 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
9) 3 cups of Oats
10) 1 cup of Raisins
11) 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
12) 1 cup of dried Apples
Preparation:
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugars, butter,
and vanilla extract on high speed until light and fluffy.
2) In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt.
3) Reduce speed to low; then add in flour mixture until just combined. Stir oats, raisins, and dried apples.
4) Drop
