Sunripe Tomato & Melon Gazpacho

Ingredients:
1)   5 ripe tomatoes cleaned and quartered
2)   1 cup diced yellow onion
3)   3 cups ripe cantaloupe
4)   1 pablano pepper
6)   2 jalapeno peppers-seeded
6)   1 cup lime juice
7)   1 cup white balsamic vinegar
8)   1/2 bunch cleaned cilantro
9)   1 cup chopped parsley
10) 1/2 cup salt
11) 1 tbs. black pepper
12) 1 clove garlic
13) 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
3 cups focaccia bread cubed




Filet au Poivre

Ingredients:
1)   Choice filet mignon
2)   1 cup brandy
3)   2 minced shallots
4)   1/2 cup stone ground dijon
5)   1/4 stick salted butter
6)   1 cup heavy cream
7)   1/2 cup cracked pepper seasoning
8)   Virginia Blackberry pot de creme
9)   2 Pints  Summer ripe blackberries
10) 2 Cups heavy cream
11) 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
12) 1/2 Cup sugar
13) 2 large eggs
14) 2 large egg yolks

2)   2 Cups heavy cream
3)   1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4)   1/2 Cup sugar
5)   2 large eggs
6)   2 large egg yolks
