Gazpacho

Ingredients:
1)   2 Large Fresh Tomatoes - seeded and diced
2)   1 Red Onion - diced
3)   1 Large Green Pepper - diced
4)   1 cup Fresh or Frozen Corn Kernals
5)   2 cups Cucumber (seedless or seeded) - diced
6)   2 Limes for Fresh Lime Juice
7)   2 to 3 tbs. Worcestershire
8)   8 cups V8 Juice
9)   Dash Tabasco Sauce
10) 2 to 3 tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
11) 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
12) 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
13) 1/4 cup Cilantro - chopped
14) Low Fat Sour Cream for Garnish

Preparation:
1)   Dice all the vegetables and set aside.
2)   Add all of the liquids in a large bowl...seasoning to taste.
3)   Once your liquids are well blended and to your liking, add all of the vegetables.
4)   Taste and season.
5)   The flavors will take at least 24 hours to "marry".
6)   Top with sour cream if desired.

Variations:
1)   Tomato Juice, Chicken Stock or Clam Juice can be used.
