Hello. Happy Holidays!

I just got back from a cruise on the Mediteranean Sea.  The food on the cruise ship was superb.  I have recipes which I brought back from Executive Chef Raymond Southern.  They're varied and easy to make.  You can access them by clicking on the "out of town recipe" link on page one or by clicking here... http://geocities.com/chefsrecipes/out-of-town-recipe17.htm.

I was in Rome for 3 days and enjoyed pizza.  It's everywhere!  It's mostly a simple version of U.S. pizza with cheese, tomato sauce and anchovies.

The cruise ship stopped in the French Riveria...what a beautiful place!  When walking the streets of Aux France (near Marseilles), there were many open air markets with an abundance of wild mushrooms.  There were many pastry shops.  Some of the outdoor stands made ready to eat crepes on a crepe machine.

When I was in Barcelona Spain for 3 days, every restaurant had tapas and paella...and the paella was especially good!  Most restaurants there don't open for dinner until 8 pm.

Overall...the whole trip was wonderful!!

Look for more great recipes on my website.

Good Eating!
